I like the composition and shading a lot! I think the anatomy that is bothering you is probably the arm on the left, which is a bit too skinny?
Agreed- it is the arm I think. It is a bit skinny, and the hand on that side is a bit awkward as well. I think playing around with these things will correct what is bothering you. As usual, the quality of your drawing is very good. Have you ever thought of experimenting with keeping more drawing in your final images?
I love this drawing- the pin-up design of it; face-strong face, pose, hair-do. It is her right arm. Doesn't necessarily bother me too much, but the elbow goes lower, so the humerus bone should be longer, and more thinness-muscle. And if you brother wants a color copy, you should do it...LOL.

Good idea, I'd love to see a colour version. :)

yes, left arm: i noticed that the elbow is probably a bit too high or the underarm (bottom part of arm?) is too long...
